But more importantly, coach Jong Uichico’s wards are guaranteed of the quarterfinal bonus as a top four finisher by the end of the eliminations, a remarkable feat for a team that failed to make the playoffs in the Commissioner’s Cup.
Bolick finished with 25 points, nine rebounds and five assists, but he was not just the lone reason for the win.
Xyrus Torres scored 22 points spiked by three triples and one four-point shot, fellow rookie Brandon Ramirez had 18 points and nine rebounds while another first-year player Jonnel Policarpio returned from injury and contributed 12 points and six rebounds off the bench.
The Road Warriors can clinch the No. 1 seed in the playoffs with a win over the NorthPort Batang Pier on Wednesday at the same venue.

Meanwhile, Magnolia lost for the second straight time to fall 7-3 for third place and will need to beat TNT next Friday to seal the twice-to-beat.
It was a disappointing setback for the Hotshots after leading 32-13 near the end of the opening period, and looked keen on bouncing back from Sunday’s collapse against Barangay Ginebra.
Zavier Lucero finished with 23 points, 12 rebounds and two blocks for the defeated Hotshots.
