MANILA, Philippines — Alas Pilipinas sets out for another historic run as it competes in the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) Nations Cup in Vietnam.

The revamped Philippine women’s national volleyball team is led by reigning league Best Setter and team captain Jia De Guzman, alongside Best Opposite Spiker Angel Canino.
